“Notch” tiene mayor misterio ya que la aplicación es sumamente sencilla, tanto en la configuración como en el uso que aporta. Solo instálala, ajústala a tu móvil y listo: sabrás al instante la batería con solo mirar al frontal. Sí, el contador de la barra de estado ya ofrece esa información, pero con Notch Pie puedes ahorrarte ese espacio para así tener más notificaciones.
Lo primero que debes considerar es que la app en cuestión, Notch Pie, no está disponible aún en la Google Play, por lo que debes instalarla en forma de Apkque te la dejamos al final de la nota. De momento se encuentra en pruebas, por lo que su funcionamiento puede entrañar inconvenientes. No de seguridad: la app solo pide acceso al almacenamiento, a las herramientas de accesibilidad y a la superposición sobre el resto de aplicaciones.
Una vez hayas instalado Notch Pie solo debes configurarla de la siguiente forma:
- Primero tienes que aceptar los permisos necesarios para que la aplicación funcione.
- Coloca el círculo verde en la posición vertical de tu notch usando los cursores. Debes ir de pulsación en pulsación, el proceso es algo lento.
- Momento de colocar el círculo de la batería en horizontal.
- Debes ajustar el principio y el fin del indicador luminoso alrededor del recorte: utiliza los cursores circulares para girar el semicírculo y el “+” y “-” para completar la extensión de la batería.
- Por último, ajusta el grosor del indicador. Listo
Notch pie es una aplicación Android que aspira a ser universal ya que puedes ajustar el contorno al recorte en pantalla de tu smartphone. No va a solucionarte la vida, pero, al menos, sacará algo de provecho de un elemento que destaca por “molestar” a la vista. Eso sí, aún le queda desarrollo: la configuración es bastante lenta.
