No sé tú, pero yo dejé de usar Facebook Messenger cuando la empresa me obligó a tener instaladas dos aplicaciones. No es un rumor ni tampoco especulaciones, en la última aplicación de Facebook ya se encuentra operativa la integración con Messenger. Eso sí, de momento a nivel de desarrollo y sin que pueda utilizarse por cualquiera, tal y como descubrió Jane Manchun Wong, una ingeniera especialista en realizarle ingeniería inversa a las aplicaciones.
Jane ha publicado capturas de cómo se ve la próxima interfaz de Facebook con la mensajería de Messenger integrada. La enorme diferencia es que el icono de Messenger no solo muestra los mensajes pendientes, sino que da acceso a las conversaciones sin tener que abrir otra aplicación aparte.
Desde la aplicación móvil de Facebook se podrá acceder a los mensajes privados de Messenger para leerlos y responderlos, también podrán establecerse nuevas conversaciones. Eso sí, para llamar a los contactos, establecer videollamadas o jugar en compañía hará falta la aplicación dedicada de Messenger. Anticipamos que la mayor parte de usuarios tendrá suficiente con una sola app en vez de tener instaladas Facebook y Messenger, como hasta ahora.
