#CES2017: BlackBerry vuelve a la vida con este celular 97
El fabricante TCL dio a conocer un celular BlackBerry con teclado físico en el CES 2017, la feria de tecnología de consumo más importante del mundo.
BlackBerry Mercury –aún no se ha dicho cuál será el nombre con el que se comercialice– está diseñado bajo tres conceptos clave: seguridad, productividad y confiabilidad, e incluye el sistema operativo Android.
De este modo, utiliza el software de seguridad de BlackBerry, el cual se actualiza en tiempo real para garantizar la mejor protección para los datos personales y corporativos, de acuerdo con TCL.
Su teclado se distingue por sus teclas pulidas y brillantes, que imitan el acabado de la pantalla del teléfono, así como por sus opciones de personalización, según el estilo de escritura del usuario.
“Estamos comprometidos en crear los mejores productos BlackBerry para consumidores y usuarios empresariales”, señaló Nicolas Zibell, consejero delegado de TCL Communication.
Será hasta el Mobile World Congress 2017, a celebrarse el próximo mes en Barcelona, España, que se den a conocer el nombre final de este celular y todas sus especificaciones técnicas.
Fue en septiembre de 2016 cuando BlackBerry comunicó oficialmente que dejaría de fabricar teléfonos, para encaminar sus esfuerzos en el desarrollo y venta de software móvil.
