Que Xiaomi sabía hacer smartphones era algo que todos sabíamos, que podía hacerlos además mucho más baratos que los demás también, así que con esas premisas traer al mundo la gama Mi MIX o este Mi A1 con Android One, el primero de lo que esperamos sea una estirpe exitosa del fabricante chino.
Entre el Redmi 5 Plus y el Mi A1 hay de nuevo esa diferenciación conceptual, y es que a un diseño parecido no podían sacársele más diferencias. El Redmi 5 Plus optimiza mejor su frontal con el tan de moda formato estirado, 18:9, pero no hace florituras con la resolución ni con la tecnología IPS.
También dispone de una batería mucho mayor, 4.000 mAh en lugar de los 3.080 mAh del Mi A1, así que si quieres al Android One de Xiaomi vas a tener que cargarlo a diario, por los dos días que es capaz de aguantar el Redmi 5 Plus.
En cuanto a las cámaras, victoria para el Mi A1, con su sistema de doble sensor trasero que ofrece modo retrato con desenfoque bokeh, zoom óptico de dos aumentos, y unos colores más nítidos que los resultados fotográficos del Redmi 5 Plus.
