En primer lugar, la plataforma Android TV de Google finalmente está comenzando a agregar más opciones para los dongles HDMI. Así, ahora Xiaomi lanza un nuevo dispositivo Android TV llamado Xiaomi Mi TV Stick con este formato.

Cabe destacar que es el primer dispositivo Android TV portable de la marca y con versión Android 9 Pie en su interior. Así, similar al Xiaomi Mi Box S que se lanzó el año pasado en configuración. Pero sin duda con un tamaño casi invisible, que puede colocarse detrás de nuestra TV y pasar desapercibido.

Por un lado, tenemos un Amlogic S905 como procesador, esta vez la versión Y2, procesador de cuatro núcleos. Por otro, una GPU Mali-G31, 1 GB de RAM y 8 GB de almacenamiento interno ROM. Además, contamos con el soporte del Asistente de Google. Así como el soporte de Netflix (incluido botón de acceso directo en el mando) y también compatible con 4K HDR.

En otro orden de cosas, decir que el dispositivo color negro mide 95 × 35 × 20 milímetros y pesa solo 85 gramos. Cabe destacar que podemos reproducir contenido en resolución 1080p a 60 fps. Y que, en el área de sonido, puede ofrecer soporte para DTS-HD y Dolby Stereo.

Finalmente, en términos de conectividad, podrá comunicarse a través de Wi-Fi a frecuencias de 2.4 y 5.0 GHz en los estándares 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac y Bluetooth 4.2. Así como ranura microUSB para proporcionarle energía.
