Sony Xperia XZ: El esperado Xperia Z6 llega con nuevo nombre ya disponible en el Perú 37
Sony vuelve a la carga con un nuevo teléfono insignia que incluye un nuevo diseño, nuevo nombre y un gran enfoque en sus cámaras.
El Sony Xperia XZ llega en vez del Xperia Z6 que muchos esperábamos este año, manteniendo la pantalla de 5.2 pulgadas con resolución Full HD del Xperia Z5, así como el botón dedicado a la cámara y la barra de volumen en el borde lateral inferior, y también un lector de huellas integrado al botón de Inicio en el borde lateral (en todas partes del mundo menos en EE.UU.), tal y como lo tenía el Xperia Z5.
Sin embargo, el Sony Xperia XZ busca combinar lo mejor de la serie Xperia Z con la nueva serie Xperia X, o al menos ése es el mensaje que quiere transmitir la empresa.
A primera vista, es claro que el Xperia XZ es un celular Sony, pues integra una forma rectangular con esquinas bastante cuadradas, una parte trasera y delantera planas y doble bocina frontal.
Sin embargo, los bordes laterales tienen ahora una leve curvatura, mientras que el borde superior e inferior son planos. Inclusive, gracias a estos bordes planos, el celular se puede mantener de pie por sí solo, algo que no se ve con mucha frecuencia en el mercado.
El Sony Xperia XZ es resistente al agua (IP68), lo que permite que pueda ser sumergido hasta a 1.5 metros de profundidad por hasta 30 minutos.
A diferencia del vidrio esmerilado del Xperia Z5 y del metal cepillado del Xperia X Performance, el Xperia XZ trae un nuevo metal conocido en inglés como alkaleido que Sony asegura que es resistente y ayuda a reducir el sobrecalentamiento regular de los celulares.
Asimismo, el Sony Xperia XZ trae el nuevo puerto USB-C (tipo C) con la carga rápida de Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, la misma que usa el HTC 10 y el LG G5 y una generación más avanzada que la carga Quick Charge 2.0 que integran otros nuevos celulares como el Samsung Galaxy Note 7 y el Galaxy S7 Edge.
El Sony Xperia XZ hace un énfasis especial en las cámaras, una categoría donde con frecuencia la empresa sobresale.
Al frente, Sony no colocó una cámara de 5 o de 8 megapixeles como la mayoría de sus rivales, sino que ha puesto una de 13 megapixeles.
Por último, el Sony Xperia XZ tiene una procesador Snapdragon 820 de cuatro núcleos como los Galaxy S7, OnePlus 3 y Moto Z, pero en vez de traer 4GB de RAM trae 3GB de RAM. Además, encuentras una batería no removible de 2,900mAh y ejecuta Android Marshmallow, aunque Sony asegura que recibirá en un futuro la actualización a Android Nougat.

El Sony Xperia XZ es, en general, un paso lateral, ya que en cuanto a especificaciones se parece mucho al Sony Xperia X Performance; es difícil llamar su diseño “elegante” o “atractivo”.
