Este martes, Samsung presentó a los nuevos miembros de la familia Galaxy A: los Galaxy A8 y Galaxy A8+, los cuales traen a la gama media algunas de las principales características de sus teléfonos insignia.
Los nuevos Galaxy A8 lucen una cámara dual frontal con Live Focus para lograr retratos de alta calidad, la cual se compone por sensores de 16 y 8 megapixeles (apertura de f/1.9 para los dos). En tanto, la cámara trasera es de 16 megapixeles (f/1.7).
Otra función interesante de los nuevos celulares es la tecnología de estabilización de imagen de video digital (VDIs, por sus siglas en inglés), además de hyperlapse que, como su nombre indica, permite crear clips en time-lapse.
Por otra parte, su pantalla Infinity “va más allá de los biseles”, con una relación de aspecto 18.5:9, para tener una experiencia más inmersiva. Además, lucen un cuerpo de cristal con un marco metálico.
Ambos modelos cuentan con la función Always On Display, que muestra notificaciones sin la necesidad de desbloquear el teléfono, y Samsung Pay. Asimismo, gracias a su certificación IP68, son capaces de resistir el agua y polvo.
El Galaxy A8 cuenta con RAM de 4GB y 32 o 64GB de almacenamiento interno, mientras que el Galaxy A8+ viene con RAM de 4 o 6GB y 32 o 64GB de almacenamiento interno.
Los dos teléfonos saldrán a principios de enero y estarán disponibles en cuatro colores: negro, gris orquídea, dorado y azul. Samsung no detalló ni el precio ni los territorios a los cuales llegarán sus nuevos celulares.
