Huawei ha estado trabajando en su propia alternativa a Android, denominada Ark OS o Oak OS (en China, Hongmeng OS).
Ahora un directivo de la compañía, Andrew Williamson, vicepresidente de asuntos públicos y comunicaciones de Huawei Technologies Co Ltd., confirmó los planes de Huawei de lanzar este sistema operativo alternativo.
