Sabemos que Xiaomi estaba preparando un nuevo dispositivo bajo su nueva marca Redmi con la característica de que usaría la versión Android GO del sistema de Google, la más básica y que estaba pensada no para móviles baratos simplemente, sino para mercados en los que el precio era un problema.

Ahora se ha filtrado todo de este nuevo móvil, desde las características técnicas hasta el diseño en fotos oficiales en los que vemos también los colores. Así es el Redmi Go.

Lo más básico de Xiaomi

Como todos los móviles con Android GO, el sistema usará un hardware bastante corto. No sólo por el procesador elegido, un Snapdragon 425, sino por su memoria RAM y memoria interna.

Tendrá 1 GB de la primera y 8 GB de la segunda, que aunque podamos ampliar mediante microSD se quedará corta a poco que se usen mucho apps como Facebook o Instagram. No obstante para ese tipo de móviles es para los que se han pensado las versiones webapp.

Su pantalla usará el antiguo ratio 16:9 y dispondrá de una diagonal de 5 pulgadas con resolución 1280 x 720 px.

Una cámara trasera será la que se implemente, de 8 Mpx con apertura f/2.0. La delantera será de 5 Mpx con apertura f/2.2.

La batería será de 3000 mAh y esperamos que de un gran rendimiento dado el hardware del terminal. Pese a todo es un móvil muy ligero para los estándares actuales.
