El Google Pixel 3 Lite XL confirma su procesador en Geekbench 101
Google está en pleno desarrollo de dos nuevos miembros de la familia Pixel, que por primera vez desde que existe contaría con modelos de gama media. Algo que ahora se confirma tras el paso de este por un test de rendimiento, donde hemos conocido el procesador del Google Pixel 3 Lite XL.
Esta mañana precisamente hemos conocido que los hermanos mayores de estos modelos Lite, los Google Pixel 3 y Pixel 3 y Pixel 3 XL, son ya compatibles con el HDR en Netflix, el modo de visión que muestra más colorido y contrastes que las versiones tradicionales.
El procesador del Google Pixel 3 Lite XL será más potente de lo esperado
Hasta ahora habíamos conocido distintas filtraciones acerca de las características de los nuevos Google Pixel 3 Lite y 3 Lite XL, en los que el procesador no era precisamente el punto fuerte de estos. De hecho muchos usuarios habían mostrado su escepticismo acerca de que estos modelos contaran con un procesador Snapdragon 660 o 670. Pues bien, ahora la versión más grande de este modelo de gama media de los Pixel ha desvelado o confirmado su procesador en el paso de la versión XL por Geekbench, y en esta ocasión no debería decepcionarnos.
Porque en este paso por Geekbench, que a priori sería legítimo, nos ha mostrado un procesador Snapdragon 710, el más potente con el que cuenta actualmente Qualcomm en la gama media, siendo el siguiente escalón en lo que a potencia se refiere por debajo de la serie 800 de Qualcomm. Por tanto el nuevo smartphone de los de Mountain View, al menos en la variante más grande, contaría con un procesador de garantías. Los otros dos datos que desprende este paso por Geekbench es que la unidad de la prueba cuenta con 6GB de memoria RAM, mientras que el software es Android 9 Pie.
Recordemos que los nuevos móviles de gama media de Google ofrecerán distintos tamaños entre sí, y también cabe la posibilidad de que ofrezcan un procesador distinto. De hecho se había especulado con el procesador Snadpragon 670 para la versión estándar, algo que ahora nos extrañaría, teniendo en cuenta el gran rendimiento de este procesador, que sería incluso superior al del Snapdragon 710, por lo que lo más lógico es que ambos modelos cuenten con este último. En cuanto a la pantalla, su tamaño será similar al de los dos actuales Google Pixel 3 y Pixel 3 XL. Veremos finalmente cuándo llegan, y si lo harán también a España.
