Xiaomi no para ni en diciembre, la empresa anda enfrascada en la preparación de nuevos lanzamientos. Resulta lógico ya que en China no se celebra la Navidad, al menos como lo hacemos en occidente; de ahí que el fabricante haya marcado el 24 de diciembre para desvelar su nuevo Xiaomi Play, un móvil que podría llegar a Europa con la etiqueta de Xiaomi Redmi 7. Y decimos “desvelar” porque es justamente lo que ha hecho.
Fiel a la tradición de filtrar ellos mismo los modelos antes de que se presenten, Xiaomi ha publicado en la red social Weibo nuevas fotografías reales del próximo modelo de la marca, el Xiaomi Play. Como decíamos, ya sabíamos la fecha de presentación: el 24 de diciembre. Y también conocemos algunas características filtradas, como era de esperar.

El Xiaomi Play apunta a ser uno de los móviles de entrada al enorme catálogo de smartphones que posee la compañía. El diseño sigue la línea de la empresa y también la tendencia actual de reducir al máximo el recorte en la pantalla. De ahí el notch en forma de gota o “waterdrop” que presenta el frontal. Este es un elemento que veremos durante todo 2019.
