Bitel anuncia oificialmente el lanzamiento de su 4G en todo el Perú 104
A pesar de que desde hace algunos días ya Bitel viene brindando a sus clientes el servicio de internet móvil en el estándar 4G, el darnos cuenta de ello ha sido una cosa más que todo empírica.
Y es que si bien han habido carteles, mensajes de texto y uno que otro anuncio a través de otros canales, podríamos decir que no hubo un evento grande o una campaña de comunicación donde la compañía diera todos los detalles sobre este nuevo servicio, algo que consideramos importante dada la magnitud de esta nueva iniciativa tanto para los clientes de BItel como para el mercado en general.
Pues bien, el día de hoy, 16 de diciembre, Bitel ha realizado ese evento de lanzamiento que tanto estábamos esperando, donde por fin ha dado a conocer exactamente lo que se viene con su nuevo estandar 4G y todo lo que ello implica.
De esta manera Bitel hace oficial el lanzamiento de su conectividad 4G y lo hace a lo grande, ya que además de todo lo que ya sabíamos. acaba de confirmar que su servicio estará disponible en los 24 departamentos del país.
Raúl Galdo, Gerente General adjunto de Bitel, nos dice que la compañía quiere basar su nuevo servicio 4G en tres pilares.
- El 4G de BItel debe llegar a cuaquier sitio del Perú, en especial a los lugares más remotos donde otros nos llegan aún.
- El 4G de Bitel debe ser el mejor del mercado, para lo cual confían en su infraestructura, más de 4,000 Km de fibra óptica tendidos a lo largo del país.
- El 4G de Bitel será lider, para lo cual tienen su infraestructura de fibra óptica, capital humano y productos perfectamente adecuados para sus clientes.
Ahora, sobre planes, tenemos lo siguiente.
Además, tendremos 4G ilimitado hasta el 31 de Marzo, siendo lo más interesante de este bono es que se usará con preponderancia antes de los MB de los planes de datos de cada cliente, lo cual significa que primero se usará el bono (ilimitado en 4G) y luego los MB del plan.
Sobre velocidad, a pesar de que hemos visto capturas que van sobre los 50 o incluso 60 Mbps, Bitel garantiza que, bajo condiciones algo más normales (más personas conectadas a su red), tendremos velocidad de entre 20 y 30 Mbps, más o menos lo que actualmente maneja la competencia (a menos que hablemos de LTE-A).
Con esto Bitel se une a la carrera del 4G, una carrera que seguramente seguirá viendo novedades en el 2017.
